Shipping Policy
We ship every RiseRest order with care, on time, and with full tracking. Here’s everything you need to know.
Where We Ship
RiseRest currently ships within the United Kingdom only. International shipping to the EU and beyond is in the works — join the journal to be the first to know when we expand.
Shipping Costs
One-time orders — £4.99 flat rate, anywhere in the UK.
Monthly subscriptions — Free UK shipping, every delivery.
90-day subscriptions — Free UK shipping, every delivery.
Subscribing isn’t just better value on the product itself — it also means every delivery arrives free, every time.
Delivery Times
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers within 2–3 business days from dispatch.
We dispatch orders the next business day after they’re placed. Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday are dispatched on Monday.
So in most cases, you’ll have your RiseRest within 3–4 business days of ordering.
Tracking
Every order receives a tracking number via email as soon as it’s dispatched. You can follow your delivery directly through the Royal Mail website using the link in your shipping confirmation.
If you haven’t received your tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, email us at admin@riserest.co.uk and we’ll sort it.
Delays
We work hard to dispatch every order on schedule, but occasional delays beyond our control — Royal Mail disruption, public holidays, severe weather — can happen.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please get in touch and we’ll investigate immediately.
Address Accuracy
Please double check your delivery address at checkout. We dispatch to the address provided and cannot be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
If you spot a mistake before your order has been dispatched, email us straight away at admin@riserest.co.uk and we’ll do our best to update it.
Missed Deliveries
If you’re not in when Royal Mail attempts delivery, they will leave a card with instructions to either collect from your local sorting office or rearrange delivery online. Parcels are held at the sorting office for 18 days before being returned to us.
If your parcel is returned to us due to a missed collection, we can resend it — but a second shipping fee will apply.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders ship automatically on your renewal date. You’ll receive your tracking email the moment we dispatch.
Need to pause, skip, or update your delivery? Log into your RiseRest account — you can manage everything yourself, no need to contact us.
